Deposit Requirements:

• A deposit is required to secure any balloon service or installation and initiate the booking process.

• The amount of the deposit is 50% of the total quote balance, payable at the time of placing the order.

No Refund Policy:

• All deposits made to Balloonz With A "Z" are non-refundable.

• Once a deposit is submitted, it cannot be refunded for any reason.

• This policy applies regardless of the circumstances, including but not limited to order cancellation, changes in requirements, or customer dissatisfaction.

Cancellation of Order:

• Customers may cancel their order, but the deposit remains non-refundable. The deposit can be saved for a different time requested.

Policy Changes:

Balloonz With A "Z" reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes.
